FOUNDATION PRINCIPLES

Service. Exceptional service is a function of disciplined processes that ensure ongoing communication and anticipation of needs that only senior counsel can provide.

Innovation. We are all being asked to do more today, and the need to increase productivity and effectiveness are ever-present priority. We are committed to helping clients achieve these objectives by evaluating and implementing technology-based solutions.

Results. We take a different approach, by working with clients to define metrics for measuring results before a project or engagement begins, and then we manage to them.

OUR STORY

We see an opportunity to bring a higher standard of service, innovative technologies, exceptional design, and experienced advisory to the energy industry. The traditional methods serving Investor Relations Officers, marketers and executives are insufficient. Prism Group’s client service delivery model is designed for leaders who want to make a difference.

At Prism Group our objective is to help clients anticipate change and transform it into competitive advantage.

In our view, the following macro trends have profound impacts on strategic communications and business strategy:

  • Changing industry demographics
  • “Micro Targeting” of specific audiences
  • Increasing acceptance of technology
  • Pressure to improve productivity at all levels
  • Continued industry cyclicality
  • Marginalization of OPEC until fundamentals are restored

These trends and other macro forces combine in unexpected ways to create new challenges for energy companies, and Prism Group was founded to help leaders at all levels of the organization turn them into competitive advantage.

We do this by committing to a higher level of client service delivery, identifying results criteria before we begin an engagement and leveraging innovative technology. Importantly, we are aware that technology itself is not valuable unless it is applied in a way that impacts real business problems and is aligned with strategy.

THAT’S DIFFERENT.
